SMS Terms

Programme name: Stillpoint Builders project updates. Sender: Stillpoint Builders LLC, NC General Contractor License #109043, texting from our business line (984) 254-2131.

When you opt in, we may text you about your project enquiry, to confirm and remind you of consultations and site visits, and with updates on your active project. These are customer-care and appointment messages. We do not send marketing promotions.

• Tick the optional text-message box on our contact form, our estimate form, or our booking calendar. It is never ticked for you.
• Or text us first at (984) 254-2131; we will reply about your enquiry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Every service we offer is available without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency varies with your project, typically a few messages around each appointment or project milestone. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We never charge you for messages.

Text STOP to any message to cancel. CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after it. To start again, text START.

You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and the account holder or an authorised user of the mobile number you gave us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are delivered on a best-effort basis through the major US mobile carriers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. (The categories are the recipients listed in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.) We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in data and consent for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the message-delivery providers that send our texts on our behalf (HighLevel/LeadConnector and the mobile carriers), and only so those texts can be delivered. We never send your phone number, in any form, to Google Ads or any other advertising platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle other personal information, including how long we keep consent records.

These terms are versioned. The current version is 2026.10.21, effective October 21, 2026. If we change them in a way that affects you, we will tell you by text before the change applies, and you can reply STOP at any time.
