The Craft
A good porch feels connected to both the house and the yard. We build covered and screened porches with comfortable proportions, useful circulation, and exterior details that belong with your home. Start with an open-air porch, or plan a screened enclosure for shade, fresh air, and fewer insects.
How We Work
From first visit to final fit
Explore the porch
We review the site, the existing house, your preferred use, and whether an open or screened porch fits best.
Define the build
Layout, structural needs, roof connections, selections, permitting needs, and pricing are resolved during preconstruction.
Build and enjoy
We coordinate construction and the agreed inspections, complete the details, and walk through the finished porch with you.

The Details
Where the craftsmanship shows
Connected to the house
Roof lines, posts, trim, and transitions are planned together so the porch feels considered from the street and comfortable from inside.
Comfort in the open air
We discuss sun, rain, screens, airflow, furniture, and access before settling on the footprint and enclosure.
Built for exposure
Water management, ground clearance, connections, and material choices are resolved as part of the construction scope.
Common Questions
Good to know
Can you build a screened porch?
Yes. We can plan a screened enclosure with appropriate doors, airflow, and details for everyday outdoor use.
How is a porch different from a 3-season addition?
An open or screened porch is an outdoor space. A 3-season addition adds windows for more protection from changing weather, while remaining uninsulated.
Can an existing deck become a porch?
Sometimes. We first assess the structure, supports, roof connection, and condition. The existing deck may need reinforcement or replacement before a roof or enclosure can be added.
