The Craft
A fence has to follow the land, manage gates and transitions, resist weather, and look considered from more than one direction. We install and repair wood fencing with attention to layout, post setting, hardware, drainage, and the small alignment details that determine how it ages.
How We Work
From first visit to final fit
Layout and access
We document the proposed fence line, grade, gates, utilities, access, demolition, and any available survey or property information.
Material and scope confirmation
Height, style, post system, hardware, finish, permits, and allowances are confirmed before scheduling.
Installation and review
Posts and lines are set, gates are tuned, debris is removed, and the completed work and care requirements are reviewed.

The Details
Where the craftsmanship shows
Layout before post holes
Property information, utilities, grade, gates, clearances, and transitions are reviewed before the final fence line is set.
Gates that stay useful
Posts, frames, braces, hinges, and latch geometry are treated as a system so the most active part of the fence remains aligned.
Finished from both sides
Board rhythm, top lines, corners, and exposed framing are considered from the yard, street, and neighboring view where conditions allow.

Common Questions
Good to know
Do I need a survey before installing a fence?
Accurate boundary information is the owner's responsibility. Depending on the site and available records, a current survey may be the safest way to establish the intended line.
Can you repair only part of a fence?
Yes, when the remaining posts and rails are sound enough to support a responsible repair. We will flag conditions that make a partial fix short-lived.
Do you handle utility marking and permits?
We coordinate required public utility marking and identify likely permit requirements as part of the approved preconstruction scope.
